Join for Introduction to Fermentation! We will explore flavours from around the globe as we learn about the different fermentation techniques used historically to preserve our food.

All participants will have the opportunity to make their own lacto-fermented vegetable ferment to take home! All materials and supplies are provided curtesy of Eco Odyssée.
